Stave Churches Type B – church with a raised roof

There are two groups of Type B churches: The Borgund Group, which includes Gol, Hegge, Høre, Lomen, Øye, and Ringebu, and the Kaupanger Group, which includes Hopperstad, Lom, and Urnes.
